This is a layout I did of my daughter showing off her gifts she got from her boyfriend.

The big heart, ribbon, and library pocket journal card are from a swap I participated in on a yahoo group scrap-a-holics Anonymous.  I am not sure who did the heart and ribbon.  My contribution to the swap was the library pocket.  The patterned paper is heidi grace designs "Forever Love/Flourishing Love"

Started my diet...AGAIN

Started my diet using fitness pal app for my phone.  So far, three days, lost one pound.  Yippie!

I go work with Daddy layout

I have wanted to scrapbook this picture of my oldest daughter Allison when she was two years old for a long time.  She put on her daddy's hat, glove, socks and shoes and announced that she was going to go to work with daddy.  Such a daddy's girl.  Too cute then and now.

#10 envelope mini album

I am NOT good at making mini albums but am obsessed with them.  I have made (or attempted to make) several of them.  They are never as good as the ones I see on YouTube but I keep trying.

This mini is for a hostess gift for Barbara, the hostess of our swaps on scrapaholics anonymous on yahoo groups.

I am going to keep trying until I get it right!

1975 family picture

My mother and I found this picture of our family in my late aunt & uncles pictures.  We were very excited because it is one of the few pictures of this many of the cousins, aunts, uncles and grandma.  (I'm the long black haired girl on the bottom row)

New Style

I have been watching a LOT of  MercyTiara's videos on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/user/mercytiara/videos.  I love her style of clusters.  I have done a couple of layouts now using her style and this is one that I am really in love with.

My daughter, Laycie, got ahold of my camera and left me a photographic message of "I LOVE YOU" by pointing to her eye in the first picture, signing Love (which got cut out of the picture by mistake) in the second picture, pointing at the camera (me) in the third and then blowing me a kiss in the 4th picture.  So, I thought I would share my new style that I borrowed from Mercy Tiara.  Hope you like it.

Advent Calendar

I bought a Classic Christmas Advent Calendar SVG Kit from svgcuts.com http://svgcuts.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=227

I started it at 7:30 last night and finished at 1:00 a.m.  Boy am I tired today.  For my first attempt, it is pretty good.  I want to make another and do a few things different.  First, I should have decorated the doors before putting the inside box pieces on .  I did figure out on the first box that it is easier to put the box part on if you open the door.  Lets you see to line it up better.
